Commitment to digital projects service outsourcing
　　1. Commitment to Product Quality
　　GA’s production process consists of many procedures, with individual quality control system to each procedure, including quality control for text, page layout, bookmark link function, software testing and data handover, for the purpose of quality control on the final products.
　　2. Commitment to Data Protection
　　GA promises that the digital content in production will not be illegally copied. GA’s production is implemented in the basic unit of one person and every employee can only copy the data in his/her own computer since there’s no applicable interface for external drive. The approaches of management are as follows: apply limited authority of access to data to control the channel and frequency of contact; require the personnel to delete the file in certain time after using; clearly state the time limit for data storage and the penalty for unauthorized copy and leak. 　
　　3. Commitment to IPR Protection
　　GA commits to IPR Protection for software and related technologies of clients’ products, and will be responsible for any IPR related lawsuits. The copyright and IPR of GA’s outsourcing products belong to clients while GA has only the right of signature if agreed or contracted. GA guarantees that without written consent from clients in advance, GA will never apply the information acquired in production to any third parties in any way. GA promises that the data and final products will not be illegally copied by its employees, or client is entitled to terminate the contract without paying any fee for production as well as demand for compensation for losses directly or indirectly resulted from the breach. GA promises to take effective measures for IPR protection and will take collateral responsibility for employee’s action in this aspect.
　　4. Commitment to After-Sale Service
　　The software platform of e-newspaper can be updated to available new version for purpose of new functions. The e-newspaper database is standard and open which supports further development on all data. Professionals from GA will provide installing and testing services until the database is ready for use. GA will also offer training of data input for press employees.
　　5. Commitment to Timely Delivery
　　GA commits to accomplish the contract project in time by formulating strict production plan and conduct production as planned; The production progress will be reported to the client on weekly or monthly basis. If GA is not able to make the delivery on time, the client is entitled to charge certain percentage of the total contact value as penal sum.  　
　　6. Commitment to No Subcontracting　　
　　GA promises that all the production and processing will be conducted in regulated location and will never subcontract the project to any third parties.
　　7. Commitment to Original File Protection
　　GA commits to protect the original file provided by clients (e.g. historical newspapers) and to be responsible for transportation, preservation in processing and returning after production. If there’s any cases as lost or damaged, GA shall compensate for the loss as stated in the contract.
　　8. Other Commitment　
　　GA will state in the notes for any mistake on the source file, keep record for scanned images and all data during production and deliver all the record to client after the project accomplished.
