Production Program
The general process of digital production includes:
1. Establishment of technical solution
The technical solution that both parties of the contract agreed on will be deemed as the staff training manual, which will enable employees to be familiar with the standard operating procedure and technical requirements.
2. Trial production of sample
Trial production will be carried out according to the technical proposal that agreed by both parties to evaluate how the operator understands the technical proposal. The sample will also be delivered to the client for assessment.
3. Set up a technical team
Establish a group for technical support of the contract project.
4. Adjust the production management department
Adjust the production management department according to the characteristics of the contract project to better implement the production plan. The production management department is responsible for schedule and coordination of production tasks, personnel and equipment management, follow up on production process, product delivery as well as supervising and evaluating the production quality.
5. Data storage and protective measures
1) Data storage.
All the production departments store data in the hard drive of central server with a double-backup system.
2) Protective measures for the data.
Green Apple has a special data protection room, which is equipped with security guards, fire-safety measures and assigned operators for data protection; unique password to access the central computer; firewall in each department’s computer network.
6. Production quality control
The key to quality control is in the production flow., i.e the following procedures in view of previous experience and special requirements of the project:
1) The scanned images should be correctly named;
2) The image formats should be in accordance with standards;
3) The scan resolution should be in accordance with standards;
4) Color processing should be in accordance with technical standards stated in the contract;
5) The inclination of the scanned images should be no more than 3°
6) The page numbers should be in complete sequence;
7) The content should be complete;
8) Images should be placed in the middle of a line;
9) Image should be clear;
10) Error rate of the text should be < 1～3/10,000;
11) Select the correct font for layout reconstruction;
12) Indexing should be complete and accurate.
